This past month has been a special one. As most of you know, it has been a few months now that I have been with The North Group. As a Team Partner, I am surrounded by literally-the-best (female) leadership in this space and the kind of growth-mindset oriented and focused partners that make me feel right at home.
I hit a milestone I could have only dreamed of years ago when I embarked on Real Estate. I made Top Producer! It is not lost on me that this is something I have worked so so hard for and that luck and persistence have paved the way for.
Being in love with what I do and having a solid support system are key performance indicators here. If I can lend anything from my experiences, it is to JUST DO IT.! You will make mistakes and you will learn from them and then you will move on to be a better person for the experiences. I know it sounds corny, but life really is short, just do it!
