At 25 years old I finally made the decision to move to Toronto and start a new chapter in my life. Coming from the suburbs, I was very excited to move here but also very overwhelmed and wasn’t sure where to begin looking! …And then the universe gave me Mindy. Mindy had such a great energy, right away she took action and began to ask every detail from what my budget was, the exact location/neighbourhood I was interested in etc. Long story short: within two weeks of working together I signed my lease and moved in! She was so understanding and patient, very organized and quick. It was almost effortless. I hate paperwork and she even took care of organizing that too!
